BMW Motorrad R1150GS as a sport touring motorcycle available between 1999 and 2004. It incorporated an air-cooled, four-stroke, two-cylinder engine, a horizontally opposed Boxer type capable of 1130 cc displacement and thus, 85 horsepower and 72 pound-feet of torque. The engine mated to a six-speed transmission with overdrive, and of note on each cylinder were twin spark plugs.
